Dear Reader, The stock market just entered a highly dangerous new phase – which is going to have dramatic consequences for your money this summer. The signs are everywhere: SpaceX just went public. OpenAI and Anthropic will likely follow it. If you're thinking of buying into any of these IPOs... PLEASE DON'T. They're likely to be disasters – the most overhyped, overvalued large-cap stocks of all time, foisted on gullible investors by Wall Street insiders. At the same time, the President and his family are openly picking winners in the stock market... while a 24-year-old just founded his own hedge fund and made $5 billion in less than a year. But it's what's coming NEXT that I'm most worried about. I've spent 30 years on Wall Street. I have my MBA from Harvard and spend my time in correspondence with billionaires like Warren Buffett and Bill Ackman. I've forecast the collapse of dozens of stocks. But what I see happening today scares me – as a former money manager, as a father, and as an American. Because our country is headed toward an economic event unlike anything we've seen in over 100 years. Perhaps you see the signs too. Or maybe you just feel it – that creeping, nagging doubt that tells you something is dangerously wrong in our country. If that's you, I'd urge you... listen to your gut. If you care about your wealth, your family, and your future, you need to understand what's really coming. I've put together a free analysis explaining exactly what I see, and the specific steps I recommend you take with your money today. I strongly encourage you to check it out here. Harvard MBA P.S. What's happening today will reset the financial system in a way most of us can't imagine. If I'm even half-right, it's going to have a huge impact on your money and your future. Get the details here...

Analog Devices’ AI Pivot Could Push Shares to Fresh HighsBy Thomas Hughes. Date Posted: 8/20/2026.
Key Points
- Analog Devices posted strong fiscal Q3 results, with revenue up nearly 40% year-over-year and earnings growth outperforming expectations across nearly all business segments.
- Analysts strengthened their bullish stance after the report, maintaining a Moderate Buy rating with a consensus price target of $441 implying roughly 15% upside.
- Despite a high valuation, sustained AI-driven demand, institutional buying, and rising capital returns support the case for continued share price gains.

Analog Devices' (NASDAQ: ADI) stock price could reach fresh highs in 2026 and continue trending higher, driven by its fiscal Q3 earnings release and guidance. The results and outlook were robust, affirming the trends already in place, strengthening analyst sentiment, and pointing to further momentum in the coming quarters. The key takeaway is that results are being driven by broad-based demand for Analog Devices' semiconductor solutions—and that demand is strengthening. This demand is tied to AI, which remains in the early stages of its buildout and adoption.
While the data center business is driving strength for Analog Devices today, the Industrial segment is also performing well, and all segments are expected to remain strong well into the future. The AI boom has unleashed a global semiconductor supercycle, and it still has years to play out. The initial data center buildout is still underway and is not expected to be completed until 2028 or 2029, while the second wave is about to begin, underpinned by Advanced Micro Devices' (NASDAQ: AMD) MI450 and Helios rack releases. Beyond data centers, autonomous vehicles and the internet of things (IoT) are key business drivers. Demand in these areas is large and growing, gaining momentum in 2026 and likely accelerating in the coming years as the technology advances and adoption increases. Analog Devices Builds Momentum in Q3 2026Analog Devices had an excellent quarter, with growth outperforming consensus estimates on both the top and bottom lines. Revenue of $4.02 billion grew nearly 40% year over year, outperforming estimates by approximately 200 basis points (bps), with nearly all segments posting double-digit growth. Communications led with an 84% year-over-year (YOY) increase, underpinned by data center demand, followed by a 53% increase in Industrial, a 16% increase in Automotive, and a 6% gain in Consumer. Catalysts for higher share prices include margin expansion driven by operational efficiency and improving revenue leverage. Key details included hundreds of basis points of improvement at the gross and operating levels, along with accelerated earnings growth. Adjusted earnings per share grew 68% compared with the nearly 40% top-line gain, outperforming expectations by more than 320 bps. This strength also carries through to the company's guidance.
Guidance provides a dual catalyst: It is better than expected while likely remaining cautious. With NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) cementing demand and derisking the outlook by securitizing GPUs, Advanced Micro Devices delivering MI450s at scale, and IoT and AV gaining traction, Analog Devices is more likely than not to continue building momentum. Analysts' Trends Strengthen After ADI Updates GuidanceAnalysts' trends were bullish leading into the Q3 release and strengthened afterward. Early updates included reaffirmed price targets at the high end of the expected range, validating the Moderate Buy rating. The consensus target of $441 implies approximately 15% upside, while the high-end target implies 20%. Commentary has focused on business breadth, margin improvement, and the possibility that guidance may have been cautious. Institutional trends align with the thesis for higher share prices and limit Q3 risk. Institutions own more than 86% of the stock and have been accumulating shares aggressively. The trailing 12-month (TTM) accumulation ratio is above 5-to-1, with buying ramping up in early Q3 to a strong multiyear high just before the report was released. The likely outcome is continued accumulation, potentially accelerating as the year progresses, driven by the company's fundamental strength and its impact on capital returns. Investors Can Tap Into AI Cash Flow With Analog DevicesAnalog Devices is a unique AI play because it is an established operating business with the capacity to deliver at scale—not a start-up or an unproven technology. It is investing in growth while still generating positive free cash flow, improving its balance sheet, and returning capital to investors. Capital returns include dividends and share buybacks, with the dividend yielding about 1.2% and buybacks reducing the share count by 1.5% compared with the first half of 2025. Looking ahead, investors can expect the company to continue making payments and reducing its share count, including through annual distribution increases. The company is on track to achieve Dividend Champion status, a potential catalyst for future price action. Analog Devices' biggest risk this year is valuation. Trading at 30 times current-year earnings, the stock is highly valued—approximately twice its typical range. However, this valuation reflects a robust growth trajectory that has so far proved conservative. Analog Devices' price-to-earnings (P/E) multiple could fall to the mid-teens by 2030, setting the stage for significant stock price gains over time. What the market has not fully recognized is that Analog Devices has transitioned from a legacy analog chipmaker into an AI-critical infrastructure play. Its importance lies in power control, multiphase switching, and optical circuit switching—elements that AI cannot function without.
